WMSCOG – That’s Why We Call Christ Ahnsahnghong “Almighty God”

Many of World Mission Society Church of God  members from all over the world have been visiting Korea every month for over 10 years to see Heavenly Jerusalem Mother and to learn the truth of life, New Covenant  through the bible.  We dare to say only one authentic church which keeps the New Covenant Passover is ” World Mission Society Church of God  “

                          Passover, the only way to Salvation

Many of people who go to Sunday service, say that they will be saved by NOT keeping the Passover, but only believing in Jesus Chirst. Because Jesus Christ already took all our sins and gave us forgiveness of sins after Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, quoting  verse written in the book of Romans 10:9 “that if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved,For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”  And another one goes,

Romans 5:1 “…since we have been justified by faith…”

Justified thru faith only and not keeping the Passover?

According to above verses we are SAVED and JUSTIFIED thru faith. What about Romans 5:9 ? “Since we have now been JUSTIFIED by his blood…”

Here,  what is Faith? it’s Faith in Christ’s blood. And how can you receive his blood?

 Luke(niv) 22:20 “…this cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.” 

Faith means action and the action is to partake in the Passover. God taught me a lesson, thru the verse below.

 James(niv) 2:17 “in the same way, faith by itself, if is not accompanied by action, is dead”.

So, Jesus Christ himself demonstrated how to keep the Passover so that we can follow as what he did.

John(niv) 13:15  I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. 

Even apostle Paul who received Jesus as a savior after the Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, kept the Passover

1 Cor(niv) 11:1  Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.  

1 Cor(niv) 11: 23~26 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread,  and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.”  In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.  

I want to ask  people who say no need to keep the Passover for our salvation.

If we don’t have to celebrate the  Passover  because we have already received forgiveness of sins and salvation thru the Jesus’sacrifice on the cross, then, why does the bible say that Jesus would appear a second time to bring salvation?

Besides, why did apostle Paul keep the Passover after the crucifixion and teach us to keep it until “he comes”?  

It was because the Passover is the “promise” made by Power of God’s words for giving us eternal life. Therefore, to keep the promise giving us the forgiveness of sins, Jesus Christ had to sacrifice himself on the cross ,then  what should  we do ? we should also keep the promise by keeping the Passover. so the promise for eternal life between God and us could be completed in this way.

Unless we keep the  Passover, we can’t  have the eternal life in all ages.

The Most important thing we should remember, only one who established the Passover of the new covenant, is Jesus Christ, Almighty God, likewise the only one who brought it back in this sinful world where we live, must be 2nd coming Jesus, Almighty God as well.

Isaiah (niv)  53:2 He grew up before him like a tendor shoot, like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty of majesty to attract us to him,nothing in his apperarance that we should desire him.

Even though he came down to this world in the form of humble human being, even though he had  “no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him”, he is our everlasting father who suffered a lot and loved us so much to death !!!

You must be the “Almighty God” because only  God can allow us eternal life as prophesied in the bible.
